Our Story
Full Flava Foods & Café is a long time dream come true for owner Bridget L. Hill, having a menu offering nutritious Southern style cuisine and also a choice of healthy meals and meal options prepared with you in mind, and providing the downtown and local area with featured homestyle dishes, an eclectic ambiance, and superior service.

Bridget was raised on food grown from the garden and cooked by her grandmother and mother. She always had a desire to bring to the area an increased delivery of food service, increased quality of nutrition, an option for an ethnic food and non-alcoholic family oriented environment, and a place for social or professional gatherings. Bridget's roots and knowledge of southern cuisine reach past her grandmother's garden and extend down to Newell, Alabama. She fondly remembers picking greens and snapping beans as well as making biscuits which would last all day.
